Our solutions which include web application and mobile application system, serves business entity customer. What we mean by business entity is a legal entity operating on any sovereign country whether it is a for-profit, not-for-profit or governmental organization.

We do not provide solutions for any individual customers.

All collected data in our applications belongs to each business customer. And they may determine how they would like to use their data. However, CCe reserves the right to utilize the collected data to improve the system and to upgrade our solutions as we gained insight from the collective collected data.

Collected data will not be shared with any other parties without consent from our customers.

To use our solutions, individual users must register their email and password to gain access into our system.

All individual users who use our solutions are employees of our business entity customers which will be registered by our customer as users. We will not grant any individual access to our system, unless if it is requested by our business entity customer.

To perform some functionalities in our solutions, our mobile apps products will collect some personal information of our users. The collected information will include but not limited to names, photos, pictures on phone, as well as GPS coordinates. All collected personal information will be used only to perform functionalities of the applications and/or solutions and will not be utilized for any other purposes.

As needed this policy can be amended in the future, in which case customers will be notified of the changes, prior to the execution date of the policy.
